Sheila G. Neidert

Sheila is passionate about teaching, coaching, and mentoring professionals and teams. During her 18+ years in the public and private sectors, 10 of which at CIA, she honed her skills in leadership, communication, presenting, and analysis. At CIA, Sheila was a Presidential Daily Briefer, manager in a 24/7 operational unit, counterterrorism analyst, and military liaison officer among other roles across analysis and operations. When Sheila joined the private sector, she worked at Mayo Clinic leading its Executive Office, building a first-ever security intelligence function, and serving as faculty for a leadership development program.

Sheila founded SGN Professional Training in 2022 to pursue her true passion for teaching leadership development and critical professional skills to aspiring and senior leaders across industry, while also providing 1:1 executive coaching. Sheila was a student-athlete at Washington State University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Psychology. She received her Masters of Professional Studies degree in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University. She lives in SE Minnesota with her husband and two young children.

Sheila proudly serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Jeremiah Program, SE Minnesota.
